Products and pricing

We work to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces colors exactly. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel orders, including after an order has been placed.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All site content, including designs, logos, artwork, and copy, is owned by or licensed to Eternal Pump and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
