Shipping Policy

Processing time

Our apparel is made to order. Most orders are produced and shipped within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking details once it ships.

Shipping rates

Domestic United States orders ship at a flat rate of $6. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. International shipping is not available at this time.

Carriers and delivery

Orders are shipped by our fulfillment partner via standard carriers (USPS or UPS). Delivery timelines after shipment typically run 3 to 7 business days within the United States, though carrier delays can occur.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 12 business days of ordering, contact us at eternalpumpmission@gmail.com.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping charge to resend. Reach out promptly if you spot a mistake and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
