Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind our gear. Because each item is made to order, please review the terms below.

Returns and exchanges

If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at eternalpumpmission@gmail.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached. We will provide return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non refundable except where the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping

For returns or exchanges due to preference (size, color, or change of mind), the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Non returnable situations

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
• Items that are worn, washed, or altered.
• Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such.
